The pages directory should be empty before a run of the webgen compiler.
Existing pages in the directory will be overwritten during a run of the compiler.
Files in the pages directory start with the name of the template that generated them. Leaf pages will then have the serialNumber of the leaf record in their name while index pages and meta index pages will have the instance name of the index.
