In late 1994 and early 1995 ILC worked with IMF to help them decide how to use the Inte4rnet to build the 1995 Festival.
ILC helped locate a Internet service provider, obtain and set up hardware and software, and provided consulting in system administration
while IMF's staff got up to speed.

, which is used by the jury members all over the world to view and discuss entries to the Festival.
