EQE is an structural engineering firm that specializes in risk assesment and risk reduction.
In late 1994 and early 1995 ILC worked with EQE to help them decide how to connect their San Francisco office to the Internet. Once the decision was made (A T-1 connection, powerful SGI workstation and firewall security) ILC configured the hardware to bring up the connection. ILC also provided a short in-house class in basic HTML to help EQE's web site get off to a quick start.
