Stuff for Net::Eigenstate::Mortgage::Spreadsheet:
   - generating amortization and estimated equity schedules on a separate worksheet
   - support "estimated years before selling" property, along with estimated
     appreciation rate. Equity would be an additional column that would be
     current value minus the amount still outstanding on the loan(s).
     Might be able to see when they should be able to trade up.
   - take a desired monthly payment and show a range of options that meet it
   - pass "branding info" to the module - stuff that has name and phone number
     etc.  maybe an entire row of stuff.
   - re-jigger the thing so the basic layout is in some kind of template file,
     instead of having all that content hard-coded into the module.
     This probably means having the formulas in plain text?
   - support for refinancing, what changes needed?
   - Add fields for lender name, etc. for user to fill in later.
 
  Stuff for the web interface:
     - it would be cool to be able to see the results in the browser as
       well as being able to download a spreadsheet too.
     - ability to add more scenarios
     -  Automatic filling with plausible scenarios
        e.g. comparison of an ARM, 15 and 30 years fixed, or something.
     - maybe a glossary of terms  (tooltip links on the terms in the form.)
      - javascript warning on the "reset form" button
      - much better graphic design on the web page
